摘　　要：明确了城镇市政设施投资项目后评价的定义,构筑了城镇市政设施投资项目后评价研究的内容体系,提出了进行市政设施投资项目后评价的研究方法,为今后进行更深入的研究奠定了基础。This paper makes dear the definition of cities municipal facilities investment project＇s post- evaluation, constructs content system about research of municipal facilities investment project＇ s post - evaluation and brings up the method of research about municipal facilities investment project＇s post- evaluation. It will make basis for further research in future.
