工业园区集聚度综合评价

摘　　要：为了解工业园区发展的集聚能力,对影响重庆市特色工业园区工业集聚指数的因素进行研究。运用SPSS统计软件分析交通运输、劳动力费用、产业关联、技术和资本投资因素与工业集聚指数的相关性。利用特尔菲法计算各个园区的集聚综合指数,结果显示都市发达经济圈的特色园区集聚综合指数最高。通过对综合指数的分析揭示目前重庆市特色工业园区发展的现状和主要特点,提出推进重庆市3个经济区工业园区协调发展的建议。The industrial parks＇ abilities of conglomeration of China are not the same,so the development speeds of them are different from each other. In order to find out the conglomeration abilities of special economical zones of Chongqing, five factors that affect the conglomeration abilities are organized to build a index system, the five factors are respectively the transportation, the pay of labors,the industry cluster,the technology and the capital.According to SPSS,all of the factors have correlation with the index of industry conglomeration and Delphi method is made use of calculating the comprehensive index of every special economical zone. Referring to the actuality and main characteristics of the special economical zones of Chongqing, two issues from the aspects of difference among the regions and inside the regions are analyzed. To speed up the development of industrial parks in the three regions, this paper gives some suggestions as follows： to pay mare attention to the location of industrial park,adjust the industry structure and elevate the abilities of innovation.
