摘  要:为了提高复膜机的纸张搭接精度,应用SolidW orks建立复膜机纸张定位及输送结构的三维数字模型,探讨了SolidW orks与ADAMS的接口方法,提出了纸张柔性化处理,研究了凸轮与滚子、纸张与前规、压纸轮与花纹辊之间的碰撞力的变化情况,为产品的设计和调整提供了理论基础。In order to improve the positioning precision of paper on the laminator, the three - dimensional models of paper feeding and positioning mechanisms was established. How to set up the interface between SolidWorks and ADAMS was also analyzed and the flexible t^eatment method of the paper was worked out. The variation of impact between the cam and roller, the paper and the front guide, the ride wheel and the feeding roll was investigated, which provided the theory base for the design and adjustment of the laminator.
