摘　　要：目的：为防治化工生产由于接触焦油、沥青、蒽酮、萘酚等化学物质引起的全身瘙痒、皮炎而研制的有效制剂。方法：选用中药白鲜皮、凌霄花、甘草，提取其有效成分，与表面活性剂配制成清洗液，并确定了质量控制标准。结果：临床治疗１５６例接触性皮炎患者，总有效率９２．３％。结论：对职业性接触性皮炎疗效显著，使用方便，无刺激。OBJECTIVE:To prevent and treat contact dermatitis for contacting chemical substance harmful to workers health such as coal dust,tar,anthrone and naphthol,etc.METHOD:The effective constituents were drawn from Chinese materia medica including Cortex Dictamni,Flos Campsis and Radix Glycyrrhizae,with which a wash for skin was compounded with surfactants.The standard of quality control was studied.RESULTS:One hundred fifty six patients with the wash for skin were treated clinically.The total effective rate was 92.3%.CONCLUSION:The curative effect was significant for occupational contact dermatitis.
