复方甘草酸苷抗乙肝病毒所致肝纤维化的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷抗乙肝病毒所致肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将118例慢性乙肝患者随机分为A、B组,A组给予复方甘草酸苷及基础保肝药物治疗,B组仅给予基础保肝药物治疗,均治疗12wk。观察治疗前、后2组血清玻璃酸酶、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原肽、Ⅳ型胶原的变化。结果:治疗后A组4项指标与B组相比均明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0·05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷是治疗乙肝病毒所致肝纤维化有效药物之一。OBJECTIVE ：To study clinical efficacy of Stronger Neo- Minophagen C（SNMC） in the treatment patients with hepatic fibrosis caused by hepatitis B virus.METHODS： 118 chronic HB patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,patients in group A received SNMC and basic treatment,in group B received basic treatment, all for 12 weeks,4 marks of hepatic fibrosis （hyaluronic acid, laminin, type Ⅲ proeollagen peptide, type Ⅳ collagen ） were determined before and after treatment.RESULTS：Compared with group B, 4 marks of hepatic fibrosis were obviously reduced in group A after treatment,which were significantly differences between 2 groups（P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS：SNMC may be one of clinical practical value in treatment hepatic fibrosis caused by hepatitis B virus.
