血药浓度监测下健康教育提高癫痫患者用药依从性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过健康教育改善患者用药依从性。方法:将我院60例门诊癫痫患者作为研究对象,在保证用药方案不变的情况下进行健康教育,利用血药浓度监测评价其用药依从性并进行前后比较。结果:健康教育使患者对癫痫用药的认识大大提高,接受健康教育后患者用药依从性好于接受教育前。结论:血药浓度监测下健康教育提高癫痫患者用药依从性这一方式是有效和可行的。OBJECTIVE： To improve the medication compliance of epileptics through health education. METHODS： 60 epileptics were chosen from the outpatient department as research subjects, without changing the therapy, health education was conducted, then their medication compliance was evaluated by monitoring the plasma drug concentration, and the conditions before and after the research were compared. RESULTS： Health education had significantly improved epileptics＇ understanding of epilepsy medication, the medication compliance of patients having received health education was better than before. CONCLUSIONS： To improve medication compliance of the patients through education by monitoring plasma drug concentration is effective and feasible.
