摘  要:以油冷电动滚筒减速机构齿轮体积和最小为目标函数,以齿轮齿数、模数、齿宽为设计变量,考虑影响约束条件边界的模糊性、齿轮强度的模糊性、流体弹性动压润滑膜厚比的模糊性以及齿轮计算应力的随机性,建立了油冷电动滚筒模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型,应用遗传算法对数学模型进行了求解。模糊可靠性优化设计方案比原设计方案质量减小24.79%,优化效果明显。It takes the minimum volume sum of the gear reducing mechanism of the oil cooled electronic cylinder as objective. With the gear teeth, modulus, the width of teeth as design variables, considers the fuzziness of influencing restraining conditional border and gear strength, the thickness ratio of fluid elastic intensity lubricating membrane and the randomness of the gauge stress of the gear, then the mathematical model of fuzzy reliability optimal design on the cold oil electronic cylinder was set up, the genetic algorithm was used to solve the mathematical model. Optimal design scheme of fussy reliability, it's mass decreases 24.79 peccent than the original design scheme, the effect is obvious.
