摘  要:从双液双金属耐磨零件制造工艺分析出发,阐述了一种“双液浇注变换铸型”双金属铸造新工艺,它可适用于双金属结合面为弧形面或波形面的耐磨零件制造。用冲击试验法研究了双金属结合质量,用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了双金属结合面的显微组织,并通过冶金热力学分析,对影响双金属结合界面质量的工艺因素进行了探讨,提出了控制双金属层结合质量的措施。Based on the analysis of the current bimetal casting process, a new casting process, which is called "bimetal casting-mould box changing " and suitable for casting of bimetal parts with either waved or arced interface, was introduced and applied to the production of abrasion resistance parts. The bonding quality of the bimetal was evaluated by impact test and the microstructure of the interface was observed with optical and scanning electron microscope. The factors influencing the bonding quality of bimetal layers were analyzed using metallurgical thermodynamics, and suggestions were made for the quality control of the bimetal interface.
