中药烧烫酊的急性皮肤刺激性及抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察烧烫酊的皮肤刺激作用及抗炎作用。方法:采用皮肤刺激实验评分法,观察烧烫酊对家兔的急性皮肤刺激性;小鼠耳廓涂抹二甲苯致炎后,随机分为空白对照组、溶媒对照组、京万红组、烧伤灵酊组、烧烫酊组。空白对照组涂抹生理盐水,溶媒对照组涂抹70%乙醇,京万红组、烧伤灵酊组、烧烫酊组分别涂抹京万红、烧伤灵酊、烧烫酊,观察烧烫酊对小鼠耳廓肿胀度的影响。结果:烧烫酊对实验性家兔皮肤无刺激且能显著降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度。结论:烧烫酊有明显的抗炎消肿作用,可作为外用药使用。Objective： To observe stimulation and anti-inflammation effects of herb Burn-scald tincture. Methods： ①The normal skin of rabbit was used to observe the stimulation effect of Burn-scald tincture. ②50 model mice were randomly divided into normal group, alcohol group, Jingwanhong group, Shaoshangling tincture group, Burn-scald tincture group. Then 5 groups were given respectively saline, alcohol, Jingwanhong, Shaoshangling tincture and Burn-scald tincture. The degree of swollen-auricle of mice was observed. Results： Burn-scald tincture had no stimulation on normal skin of rabbit and could alleviate obviously the degree of swollen-auricle of mice. Conclusion： Burn-scald tincture has obviously antiinflammation effect.
