HPLC测定参芪安神胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:对参芪安神胶囊中主要化学成分淫羊藿苷进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为YWG-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,柱温25℃,检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:淫羊藿苷的线性范围为0.132μg～0.792μg;回收率试验的平均加样回收率为99.67%,RSD=1.6%(n=5)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可用于参芪安神胶囊的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for determining the content of icariin in Shenqi Anshen capsules by HPLC. Methods： HPLC was performed on YWG-CIs（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）column with acetonitrile-water（30：70） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results： The linear range of icariin was 0.132 μg-0.792 μg, the average recovery rate of adding sample was 99.67% and RSD was 1.6%（n=5）. Conclusion： This method is simple, quick, accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Shenqi Anshen Capsules.
