摘　　要：联合国教科文组织和经合组织合作公布了面向各国政府及高等教育机构等六大群体的跨境高等教育质量保证指导方针，并制定“国际高等教育信息工具”项目以加强此领域的区域性和国际性合作。UNESCO and OECD have announced the guidelines for quality assurance in the cross-border higher education facing to the goverments and institutes of higher education,and constituted the program of 'information tool of international higher education' so as to enforce the regional and international cooperation in this field.
