摘 要:本文建立了一种用HF+HNO3,密封溶解样品、以USGS标准岩石样品BCR-1作参考标准、外加质量监控样品测定岩石样品中微量元素的ICP-MS分析方法。该方法具有简单、准确、测定元素多的特点。用该方法对USGS和AGSO的标准岩石样品中40余种微量元素进行测定,结果表明,除个别元素的分析结果与推荐值偏差接近或略大于10%外,绝大多数元素的分析结果与推荐值偏差在5%以内。A simple method for the simultaneous and precise analysis of 40 or more trace elements in geological rock samples using ICP-MS has been developed in our laboratory with newly installed PE Elan 6000 ICP-MS. Rock samples were dissolved using distilled HF+HNO3 in screw-top Teflon beakers for 7-10 days at 100℃. Such a sample digestion process can minimize the contamination and lower the analytical blank and limits of detemination. The calibration solution was prepared from a USGS natural reference material BCR-l which can match the matrix of the unknown samples. Our new developed method for analysis of trace elements is characterized by its simple, straightforward sample preparation, data reduction and improved precision. The relative differences in concentration of the most trace elements between this work and“compiled”values for the standard rock samples are less than 5%.
