摘  要:研制了一种新型中温锌系磷化液,确定了磷化液的配方组成,通过硫酸铜点滴法和失重法对磷化膜进行了评定。分析讨论了酸度、促进剂、温度等因素对磷化膜质量的影响。磷化膜结晶均匀、致密,呈灰黑色,耐蚀性较为理想。磷化液为单组分,具有易于操作、无需进行表面调整、节省工作时间等优点,适用于大批量钢管工件的磷化生产。Mid-temperature zinc phosphating solution is developed. The formulation of phosphating solution is defined. The phosphating film is valuated with methods of dribble bluestone and weightloss. The influence factors such as total acidity, free acidity, temperature, time are studied and discussed. The effect of phosphating time on the corrosion resistance of the film and the relation between phosphating time and film weight are discussed. The phosphating film is uniform in crystal structure, compact and dark gray. The medium temperature zinc phosphating solution has many advantages: easy to operate, no need to adjust steel surface and save time, so is suitable for mass phosphating of steel tube parts in production.
