摘  要:某电厂发生锅炉磨煤机变速箱高速轴断裂,双列调心滚子轴承损坏。通过振动信号频谱分析和轴的宏观、微观及化学成分综合分析,认为高速轴斜齿轮在较大的冲击负荷工况下产生的轴向力,使轴承游隙变化,导致轴承损坏。随着变速箱振动速度和加速度的加大,高速轴在表面应力集中处产生裂纹并最终导致断裂损坏。基于此,提出改进意见以及类似故障的防范措施。The high speed shaft of the coal mill gear box for the boiler in a power plant broke, and the double-row self-aligning roller bearing was damaged. Through analysis of the vibration signal spectra, the macro and micro structure of the fracture, and the chemical ingredient of the high speed shaft material, the cause of the failure is given: the axial force generated by the high speed shaft helical gear under large impact loads changed the bearing clearance, which resulted in bearing damage, and with the increase of the vibration speed of the gear box as well as its acceleration, cracks appeared somewhere on the high speed shaft where the surface stress was centralized, which caused the breaking eventually. Some improvement suggestions and countermeasures are proposed based on the above analysis.
