摘　　要：分析了医疗器械用的一次性钩子塑件的成型工艺性,提出了双顶出机构脱模的方案,在动模设置顶出机构的同时,在定模一侧设置辅助顶出机构,迫使塑件在开模时从定模型腔中先脱出,解决了开模时无法确定塑件停留部位的问题,塑件不留顶痕,大大简化了模具结构。The forming technique of plastic one-off hook for medical use was analyzed. The plan of demoulding with double ejecting mechanism was put forward. Not only was the ejecting mechanism installed in moving half, but in fixing half, which forced the plastic part stripped from fixing half first. The mould structure was greatly simplified, and no ejecting trace was remained on the surface of plastic part.
