加强核医学辐射防护工作的管理

摘　　要：采用科学标准化、全面质量监督、方针目标综合管理等手段加强医院的管理。省市联合对太原铁路中心医院核医学科连续６年进行监测，结果表明：实验室配置合理，防护设备较全．能按规程操作，人员及清洁区无污染。工作人员接收剂量逐年下降，均不超过国家规定剂量当量限值。he methods which are scientific standardization, total quality control and comprehensive policiesand aims management to be used in the Taiyuan Railway Centrical Hospital are reported. Strengthenmanagement of radiation protection for nuclear medicine in the hospital in past 6 years is promoted.The measuring results show that the disposal of labs are rational, radiation protection facilities are reliable and complete, and operating programmes of radioactive isotopes are standardization. The staffsand the clearning areas are not polluted. The individual doc received by radiation workers are decreased gradually from 1989 to 1994. All of the doc do not exceed the annual doses equivalent limitof the state regulation.
