摘  要:本文将用于液氮和S波超的准粒子自洽场方法推广到非传统超导体(如重费米子和高温超导体),处理了有关的边界问题,并研究了非传统超导体间的约瑟夫森隧道效应,给出隧道结临界电流随两侧晶体相对取向改变而变化的定量关系.Abstract In this paper, the quasiparticle self-consisitent field method which was applied to liquid Helium and S-Wave Superconductors is extended to Unconventional Superconductors (Such as heavy-fermion superconductors and high temperature Superconductors), and applied to deal with the relevant boundary conditions. Furthermore, the Josephson Tunneling between two unconventional superconductors is investageted. The quantitative results of the critical current across a junction consisting of two unconventional superconductors with various relative orientations among the crystals and the interface are given out.
