摘　　要：用定向凝固法生长出单畴、大尺寸的Ｂｉ２Ｓｒ２ＣａＣｕ２Ｏｙ晶体．利用Ｘ射线衍射对一单晶样品进行了全面的结构表征．实验结果表明，我们的单晶不含有交生、孪晶等结构缺陷，而且更重要的是具有极小的镶嵌效应．但在这些高质量的单晶中仍然存在与调制结构相关的无序，这可能是这种层状超导体的本征属性．Abstract Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy crystal sheets with only single domain and large dimensions were grown from Bi-rich melts by a directional solidification method. Full struc-tural characterization by means of X-ray diffraction was carried out for a selected sample. It is found that the crystals were free from intergrowth defects, twins,and more importantly, showed sufficiently small mosaicity. The modulation lattice related disorder, however. is found still exist in these highly-oriented crystals and was thought to be intrinsic to this layered superconductor.
