摘　　要：依次采用酸水浸泡、732阳离子交换树脂得到苦豆子生物碱部位,田间实验证明其有良好杀虫效果。通过薄层层析表明其主要含有氧化苦参碱,并采用紫外法建立了生物总碱有效部位的含量测定方法。One part of substance is extracted from sophora alopecuraides L. by dipping in acid water and purified with 732 cation exchange resin. The experiment in field proves that the part of extraction substance has a good effect on killing insect. The main component of the effect part is confirmed as oxymatfin by using thin layer chromatography and a method to determine the content of total alkaloid by UV instrument is established.
