医护人员职业紧张的结构方程模型分析

摘　　要：目的:建立医护人员职业紧张的结构方程模型,分析职业紧张因素,作为制定干预措施的依据。方法:应用职业紧张量表(OSI—R)对太原市某医院医务工作者进行问卷调查。结果:应用结构方程模型研究医务工作者职业紧张,结果符合专业解释。结论:结构方程模型用于职业紧张的研究,因考虑了测量误差,较传统线性模型,结果更可靠。Objective： To construct structural equation models of doctors and nurses＇ occupational stress by analyzing the reasons of their occupational stress. Methods： Doctors and nurses working in a hospital in TaiYuan city with occupational stress were surveyed by inventory revised edition （OSI- R）. Results： When structural equation model was used to study doctors and nurses＇ oc- cupational stress, the results aeoorded with theoretical interpretation. Conclusion： Structural equation model ean be used to study occupational stress, the analysis results more reliable than that of traditional liner model for measurement error was considerated.
