摘　　要：中部之痛,首痛在“三农”,中部之难,难在县域工业化。中部崛起的范式选择在于县域经济的产业生态化。中部县域工业化不仅微观层面的产业技术要求生态化,更要在宏观层面的产业结构和体系上体现生态化。中部应抓住县域结点,统筹城乡发展,做到产业生态化,永续利用资源,人和环境和谐。The first of all sufferings and difficulties in the middle of China is ＂SAN NONG＂ and County industry. The choice of model of its rising abruptly is ecological industry of county economic. Industry of county economic in the middle of china is not only ecological industrial technology, but also ecological industrial structure and system. Natural resources utilized in the middle of china should be sustainable, in the meantime , population, resources and environment should be harmonious.
