摘　　要：21世纪飞速发展的信息和网络技术,在促进混业经营载体全能银行产生的同时,加速全能银行范围经济的形成,并且赋予全能银行范围经济新内涵。With the developing of the communication techonlogy and network the 21th century ,the universal banks come into being .Meanwhlle ,It has called the econemices of scope of the universal hanking into existence.Then communication technology and network endow the economics of seope of the universal banking with a new connotation.
