摘　　要：在当前建设社会主义新农村背景下,结合《村庄整治技术导则》的编制,提出不同地区、不同类别的村庄整治分类指导的原则,并结合各地村庄整治的实际经验进行编制原则的解析。Under the background of constructing socialist new countryside and compiling the Technical Guidance for Village Redevelopment, this paper puts forward the principle that the redevelopment of different regions and different kinds of villages should be guided differently, and that the compilation of the Technical Guidance should be based on the actual experience of the redevelopment of various villages.
