摘　　要：从全球化浪潮下的文化趋同危机所导致的地域特色丧失现象入手,通过对寒冷住区规划与实践中存在问题的详细分析,对寒地生态住区的概念进行了全新的诠释,并在此基础上提出了寒地生态住区的设计五要点。Starting with the loss of regional characteristics caused by the crisis of cultural convergence under the globalization tide, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the planning and prac- tice of residential settlement in the cold area, reinterprets the conception of cold ecological settlement, and puts forward five essential points for its planning.
