摘  要:针对中小型纸厂经济状况、污水处理规模等特点,提出了酸析-絮凝法处理造纸黑液的工艺,确定了最佳工艺条件,并进行了工程分析。结果表明:酸析-絮凝处理造纸黑液其最佳条件为:pH值2.5;温度常温;沉淀时间30min;96%。98%的H2SO44加入量为0.004t/m^3。絮凝用PAM的最佳条件为:pH值3.0。4.0,搅拌时间为20min,澄清时间40min,COD去除率为50%~60%,加入量为3.0g/m^3。The acid recovery - floeculation process used to treat the black liquid from paper plant respectively was introduced. They fully considered on financial condition and capacity of treatment sewage in small to medium paper plant. The optimum condition selection and engineering analysis of the processes were done, The result shows: (1) The optimum condition to treat black liquid by acid recoveryflocculating is as follows: pH about 2.5 ; temperature 20 ℃ ; storing time 30 rain; quantity of the 96 % - 98 % H2SO4 added 0.004t/m^3. The optimum condition of PAM is as follows pH about 3.0-4.0; stirring time 20min; deposit time 40 min; the removal rate of COD is 50 % - 60 %, the quantity of PAM added 3.0 g/m^3.
