较薄煤层掩护式电液控制液压支架在济二矿的应用

摘　　要：较薄煤层掩护式电液控制液压支架高产高效成套装备,在济宁二号煤矿的9305工作面投生产和试验,创出了薄与较薄煤层综合机械化开采的新水平,通过矿压观测和分析,该掩护式电液控制液压支架能够适应较薄煤层顶板压力,满足对顶板的支护要求,弥补了一般掩护式支架的缺点,具有设计合理、工作阻力高、安全、适应性和操作方便,具有较高的自动控制等优点。The whole set equipment of Coverture Electro-Hydraulic Control Hydraulic Supports with high output and high efficiency for Thin Seam has been put into production and trial at the working face No.9305 of Ji Ning No.2 Coal Mine, has reached the new high level for thin and comparatively thin seam comprehensive mechanization mining. Through coal pressure observation and analysis, this coverture type can fit the roof pressure at the comparatively thin seam, meet the supporting requirements for roof, make up the shortcomings of normal-type coverture supports, possess such advantages such as reasonable design, high working resistance, high safety, good adaptability and convenient operation, and comparatively high automatic control level.
