摘　　要：介绍了环境应力筛选的发展历程,目前的3种主要类型及应用情况,以及其作为一种生产工艺的基本特点,并对其在具体实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,如动态管理、认识误区和工艺细节控制的统一性等,最后提出了尽快修订GJB 1032使其与国际先进标准接轨等建议。The development of environmental stress screening （ESS） and its technical character was introduced, three main types and application of ESS was also introduced. The problems exits in practical implement were analyzed, for example, dynamic management, error conception, unification of technical control, etc. In order to keep up with international advance standard, the proposal of revise GJB 1032 as soon as possible was put forward.
