摘　　要：文章介绍了新一代光缆填充阻水油膏,它的工作机制是利用油膏遇热膨胀的特性将光缆中的空隙填满,从而达到完全隔断水份的目的。文章阐述了热膨胀阻水油膏的研制过程及制作工艺,给出了该热膨胀阻水油膏的性能测试指标。与目前国内普遍使用的遇水膨胀油膏相比,热膨胀阻水油膏具有明显的优势。A new type of cable gel is introduced, which is used to fill in the interspaces of the cable due to its thermal expansion effects so as to entirely block water intrusion. In this paper, its development process and manufacturing techniques are described and the performance test data given. Compared with water sweUable gels that are commonly used in China at present, the thermal expansion gel has many obvious advantages.
