摘  要:目的:制备黄桂灌肠剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法:将黄芩等5味中药进行提取和纯化后制备成黄桂灌肠剂;采用薄层色谱法对黄芩、大黄进行定性鉴别;用薄层扫描法测定黄桂灌肠剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:供试品与对照品薄层图谱斑点相同并清晰;本品每1mL含小檗碱以盐酸小檗碱(C20H17NO4·HCl)计,不得小于0.04mg。结论:本方法易于操作,制剂质量稳定可控。OBJECTIVE To prepare Huanggui Solution enema Irrigation and to establish a method of quatily control for the solution. METHODS The solution was prepared by mixing of purified extractives from 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as Huangqin and Huanglian, Dahuang, etc; the Huangqin and Dahuang were identified by TLC; the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by TLC-scanning. RESULTS The TLC chraomatographic spots of the solution and reference solution were identical. The berberine hydrochloride(C20 H17 NO4 HCl) of 1 mL of the solution was not less than 0. 04 mg. CONCLUSION The preparation method is easy to operate; the quality was stable and controllable.
