肾康胶囊的利尿和抗炎实验

摘　　要：目的:研究肾康胶囊的利尿及抗炎作用。方法:造肾阳虚大鼠模型;用利尿实验;小鼠耳肿胀法等试验观察。结果:肾康胶囊对正常Wistar大鼠有明显的促进排尿作用,使尿量增加;能明显改善肾阳虚大鼠的一般症状,使体重增加,体温回升;可显著减少肾阳虚大鼠的尿量;能抑制由二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀和慢性棉球肉芽肿的增生。结论:肾康胶囊有明显的利尿及抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE To study anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects of SKC. METHODS The Shenyangxu model was established;diuretic experimental and the method of the mouses ear edema induced by xylene was conducted. RESULTS Experimental results have shown that SKC could promote the diuretic action of normal Wistar rats; decreased the urine volume of Shenyangxu rats; improved the general symptom of Shenyangxu rats and could increases the body weight and temperature, and could reduce the mouses ear edema caused by xylene and increase chronic granulation proliferation by cotton ball in mouses. CONCLUSION SKC has the obvious diuretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
