摘　　要：目的:研究和胃冲剂的润肠通便作用。方法:通过观察小鼠小肠推进运动、排便频率和粪便性状,研究和胃冲剂不同剂量对小鼠便秘模型的通便效果。结果:在不影响小鼠体重的情况下,和胃冲剂能够显著提高墨汁推进率,明显增加排便总量及粒数,并可软化粪便,缩短首次排便时间。结论:和胃冲剂具有较好的润肠通便作用。OBJECTIVE To study the cathartic action of Hewei powder. METHODS To investigate the cathartic ettect of Hewei powder of different dosage on experimental constipation models by observing the intestinal propulsion, defecate frequency and the excrementitious properties in mice. RESULTS Hewei powder can significandy enhance the intestinal propulsive rate and evidently increase fecal quantity and granules, soften stool and shorten the time of bowel movement at the first time, without affecting the weight of mice. CONCLUSION Hewei powder has an obvious effect of moistening intestine and freeing stool.
