摘 要:目的研究抗生育灭鼠饵剂在现场大面积应用时,对持续降低鼠密度,控制流行性出血热流行的效果。方法选择奉贤地区流行性出血热发病的重点镇,在室内、室外、农田、集镇的绿化地带、下水道等场所,采用6次间隔等量补饵法,投放贝奥雄性不育灭鼠饵剂后,检查鼠对该饵剂消耗水平,并在饵剂投放第1、3、4、6、9个月后测定鼠密度。分类后剖检成年鼠的生育能力。结果现场36 d内鼠类对不育饵剂仍有较好的适口性。室内、室外、野外拖食率分别为24.06%、23.60%、28.21%。9个月后平均鼠密度与灭前比较下降73.58%,与对照(采用抗凝血杀鼠剂灭鼠)区比较下降68.18%。两区灭前灭后鼠种构成无变化。试验区剖检各类鼠18只,其中具有繁殖能力的成年雄性鼠和幼年鼠各为1只,没有发现具有繁殖能力的雌鼠;而对照区剖检各类鼠35只,具有繁殖能力的成年雄性鼠13只,幼年鼠9只,具有繁殖能力的雌鼠6只。结论现场应用研究证明,贝奥雄性不育灭鼠饵剂具有良好的适口性,不污染环境,对人畜安全。在鼠密度较高的场所,尤其在流行性出血热重点发病地区应用,以常规抗凝血杀鼠剂灭鼠作对照比较,在有效控制种群数量及鼠传疾病上均具有重要价值和现实意义。Objective To investigate the efficacy of larger-scale field application of BIO masculine sterility rodenticide to reduce continuously the mouse population and control of epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Method Selecting several key towns where epidemic hemorrhagic fever was epidemic seriously. BIO masculine sterility rodenticides were distributed separately indoor, outdoor, farmland, town greenbelt and drain, and then inspecting the consumption level of BIO after 1, 3,4, 6, 9 months accordingly after applied for observing mouse population and its procreation ability through dissecting (pregnant rate, womb spot, situation of the end of epididymis withers of the male mouse). Result Within 36 days mouse still had good palatability to BIO. Food-pull rate were 24. 06%, 23.60%, 28.21% accordingly indoor, outdoors and at open area. After treated, average reduction of mouse population was 73.58% lower than before treated, and 68. 18% dropped than control area treated by anti-hemoglutination rodenticiedes. The kind of mouse was not changed. Dissecting results showed at treated area, there were 18 kinds of mice belonged to different kind, among them adult and under-age mouse that had reproduction ability were each one, and none female mouse that had procreation ability. As comparison, in control area there were 35 mice dissected which belonged to different kind, among them 13 adult male mice and 9 under-age mice with procreation, and 6 female mice had reproduction ability. Conclusion Field test results showed BIO masculine sterility rodenticide had good palatability to mice, no pollution to environment, safe to human beings and animals. Applied to high mouse population sites, especially for those places, where high epidemic hemorrhagic fever were taken place, BIO had more important value and practical significance in controlling mouse population and mouse transfer disease than that of anti-hemoglutination.
