摘 要:目的通过生物测试,观察天然除虫菊素杀虫气雾剂对蟑螂的药效。方法按GB13917.2—92和GB/T17322.2—1998规定进行。结果实验室按0.5~1.0g/筒剂量处理后对德国小蠊和美洲大蠊的KT50为1.02-8.06min,72h死亡率为100%;模拟现场按2.5g/m^2和5.0g/m^2剂量处理后,1h击倒率均为100%,72h死亡率为100%。结论天然除虫菊素杀虫气雾剂具有安全,高效等特点,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of pyrethrins aerosol against cockroaches by bioassay. Methods According to GB13917.2 -92 and GB/T17322.2 - 1998. Results In lab, after spraying aerosol with dose of 0. 5 -1.0 g per barrel against Blattella germanica and Periplaneta americana. The KT50 was 1.01 - 8.06 minutes. The mortality of 72 hours was 100%. While in mimic field, after spraying aerosol with dose of 2.5 and 5.0 g/m^2 , the killing rate of one hour was 100%. The mortality of 72 h was 100%. Conclusion Pyrethrins aerosol was safe for use and had high efficacy. It should be generalized.
