带式输送机减速器的状态监测与故障诊断

摘　　要：采用了基于频谱分析理论的故障诊断技术对大型减速器进行了在线故障检测。试验发现在进行减速器齿轮故障分析时,需要同时分析频域波形曲线和时域波形曲线,当轮齿有故障时时域波形更加直观。Applying the malfunction diagnosis technique based on the spectrum analysis theory,the paper makes online malfunction detection for the big-scale reducer.It is discovered that the curve of the frequency-domain wave and the curve of the time-domain wave need to analyse at the same lime while analyzing the malfunction of the reducer,and the time-domain wave is more intuilionistic while the gear is out oi order.
