摘  要:目的了解我国东海各种鱼类自然感染异尖线虫情况,并评价青芥辣杀伤异尖线虫幼虫的效果。方法对东海捕获的海鱼进行解剖,并检查异尖线虫幼虫的感染情况,同时将调味品青芥辣配制成1g、2g、3g/ml的浓度,分别采用自然浸杀法和加盖浸杀法杀异尖线虫幼虫。结果共解剖海鱼和软体动物23种311尾,发现135尾有异尖线虫幼虫感染,总感染率为43.41%,有些鱼种异尖线虫幼虫感染率高达100%。经用不同浓度青芥辣液不同的方法杀异尖线虫幼虫,结果自然浸杀法在不同的浓度下作用55min,幼虫死亡率均达100%,以异尖线虫幼虫死亡率和作用时间作Pearsoh相关分析,显示不同浓度组青芥辣液杀异尖线虫幼虫与作用时间之间均有相关关系存在;加盖浸杀法在不同的浓度下作用45 min,幼虫死亡率达100%。结论东海鱼类有较高的异尖线虫幼虫感染率;调味品青芥辣液在一定的浓度和作用时间下对异尖线虫幼虫具有较强的抑制和杀死作用。Objective To investigate the infectious status of anisakis larvae in marine fish from East Sea, look for a safe and effective technique of killing its larvae and provide the scientific evidence for anisakiasis prevention and control, Methods The fish were dissected to detect anisakis larvae, The concentrations of Kingzest 1g/ml, 2g/ml and 3g/ml were prepared and for killing anisakis larvae by natual immersion and close immersion methods, Results 311 marine fish and mollusk of 23 species were dissected and 135 fish were found to be infected with anisakis larvae with an infection rate of 43.41%, The mortality of anisakis larae was 100% after the larvae were immersed into the kingzest solution with different concentrations for a period of 55 minutes in the natural immersion method. It was observed that there was relationship between the mortality rate of larvae in different kingzest concentration groups and the operation time, The mortality rate of anissakis reached 100% 45 minutes after immeresed in kingzest solution of the different concentrations by using close immersion method, Conclusion The infection rate of anisakis larvae in marine fish in East Sea is high. The kingzest possesses significant killing effect on the anisakis larvae.
