摘  要:目的研究肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae)ATCC 49790与药物外排泵有关的耐药性。方法测定Klebsiella pneumoniaeATCC 49790对8种药物的最小抑制浓度(MIC)与加入药物外排泵抑制剂羰基氰氯苯腙(CCCP)和维拉帕米(Verapamil)前后其最小抑制浓度的变化。结果Klebsiella pneumoniaeATCC 49790对四环素、卡那霉素、红霉素、溴化乙锭和罗丹明6G均有很强耐药性,对红霉素其最小抑菌浓度为64μg/ml,对四环素、卡那霉素、溴化乙锭和罗丹明6G其最小抑菌浓度均大于128μg/ml。并且对于Erythromycin,加入维拉帕米后的最小抑菌浓度为加入前的1/8。结论Klebsiella pneumoniaeATCC 49790可能存在与红霉素耐药有关的ATP结合盒型外排泵。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 49790 associated with drug efflux pumps. Methods In this investigation the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 49790 to 8 drugs and the MIC non - treated and treated with the efflux pump inhibitors (CCCP and Verapamil) were tested. Results The results indicated that Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 49790 showed high level of drug resistance. The MIC of Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 49790 to erythromycin is 64μg/ml, and the MIC to Tetracyline, Ethidium bromide, Kanamycin and Rhodamine 6G was all above 128μg/ml. While to erythromycin,the MIC after treated with verapamil was an eigth of that non - treated. Conclusion There may exist drug efflux pumps belonging to ATP binding cassette family that are related to the drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to erythromycin.
