摘　　要：目的 了解2004～2005年宝安区医疗机构消毒效果质量，促进医疗机构消毒工作，减少医院感染的发生率。方法对室内空气（手术室、产房）、物体表面（工作台面、床单、枕套）、医护人员手、紫外线强度、灭菌器、一次性使用医疗器械、医疗机构污水、胃镜、使用中消毒剂采样检测。结果空气、物体表面、手、紫外线、灭菌器、一次性使用医疗器械、医疗机构污水、胃镜、使用中消毒剂检测合格率分别为98．77％、99．35％、97．97％、97．83％、100％、100％、94．7％、94．12％、98．75％。结论继续加强规范医疗机构消毒工作。Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Baoan District in Shenzhen City. Methods The samples of indoor air, surfaces of objects, hands of medical staffs, Dose ultraviolet radiation, autoclaves, disposable medical equipment, polluted water, gastroscope, disinfectant solutions in use were collected and detected. Results The qualification rates of air, surfaces, hands, ^111ultraviolet, autoclaves, disposable medical equipment, polluted water, gastroscope, solutions were 98.77% ,99.35% ,97.97% ,97.83% ,100% ,100% ,94.7% ,94.12% and98.75%, respectively. Conclusion The quality of sterilization in medical institutions in Shenzhen City is good but management and monitoring work be strengthened.
