摘　　要：目的探讨股骨转子间骨折微创内固定术临床疗效.方法在C形臂X线机透视下闭合复位,设计微创手术入路,经皮动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定术治疗股骨转子间骨折22例,其中男16例,女6例;年龄51～78岁,平均67岁.结果22例患者随访18～24个月,平均20个月.所有病例骨折均愈合,无一例发生感染、内固定失败和骨不连等并发症.结论应用经皮微创DHS内固定术治疗股骨转子间骨折,手术简便快速,创伤少,固定牢,愈合快,术后并发症极少,是股骨转子间骨折较新的有效治疗方法.Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive internal fixation in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Under fluoroscopy guidance, closed reduction was performed, minimally invasive incision designed and percutaneous dynamic hip screw （DHS） fixation used to treat 22 cases （ male 16, female 6） of femoral intertrochanteric fractures with an average age of 67 years （51 -78 years）. Results All cases were followed up for 20 months averagely （18 -24 months）. All cases were cured and no infection, internal fixation failure and bone nonunion occurred. Conclusion The pereutaneous DHS fixation has the advantage of simple operation, less invasive, stable fixation and a little complication. It is a novel effective treatment method for femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
