摘　　要：简单介绍了老年居住建筑体系的划分,阐述了老年住宅应具有安全性、自立性、健康性、适用性、多元性、可改造性的特征,最后对老年住宅的发展及对策提出了建议。It simply introduces the partition of old-age residence architecture and represents old-age residence should have the features of security, self-support, health, applicability, multi-element and modification. At last it carries out the suggestion to the development and games of old-age residence.
