摘　　要：国家体育场工程是北京2008奥运会的主会场,其外观类似鸟巢,设计理念重要一条是建筑设计和结构追求完美统一,更多的建筑外观直接通过结构实现,因此,对结构施工提出极高的要求。斜(扭)柱是该工程的典型构件之一,斜(扭)柱模板方案的形成和实践过程,可为今后类似构件的施工提供借鉴经验。One of the important design concepts of the National Stadium Project which is the main stadium of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games with a nest appearance is to pursue the perfect unification of architectural design and structure, present the building appearance more directly by structure. Therefore, it sets an extremely high requirement for the structure construction. Inclined （torsional） colunm is a typical component of the project. The preparation and practice process of the formwork plan for the column may provide reference for the construction of similar components.
