摘　　要：在工程建设中,要使监理能够更好发挥作用,完善监理项目招投标非常重要。推行监理项目招投标是业主选择监理队伍的有效方法之一,是培育和规范监理市场的必然选择,是提高监理队伍素质的重要手段,怎样完善监理项目招投标制度,已成为亟待解决的课题。Perfect bidding for project supervision is very important for the supervisor to play better role in the project construction.Implementation of project supervision bidding is not only an effective method for the employer to select supervisor team, but also a necessary choice to cultivate and normalize the supervision market, as well as an important means to improve the supervisor＇s capability. How to establish a perfect system for the bidding of supervision work has become an urgent subject.
