摘 要:利用规划求解法筛选出肉骨粉和豆粕作为供试蛋白源。将麦麸、玉米、肉骨粉、豆粕作为供试饲料,利用二次正交旋转组合设计饲料配方饲喂黄褐油葫芦低龄若虫,调查单体增重与存活率。结果经二次正交旋转组合分析,求得二次回归模型及影响因子。根据回归模型进行方差分析、主效应分析以及对所选配方的优化分析,筛选出适合黄褐油葫芦生长期最佳饲料配方:按质量分数分别为肉骨粉24.1%~34.3%,豆粕21.5%~25.0%,麦麸25.9%~21.3%,玉米31.2%~18.3%。First bone powder and bean dregs, and then wheat bran, maize, bone powder, and bean dregs were selected as protein diets in the experiment. The experiment was conducted according to the designs of mixing ratio of square, regressive and orthogonal rotation with three factors: bone powder/bean dregs, bean dregs/maize, maize/wheat bran. There are twenty-three kinds of diets. The models of weight per larva and survival rate were built up by statistic analysis. The primary factors affecting weight per larva and survival rate were analyzed. The optimum formula was chosen by optimization technique, and screen distribution area of the diets that fit growth and survival. Calculated by the mass, it was bone powder 24.1% - 34.3%, bean dreg 21.5% - 25.0%, wheat bran 25.9% - 21.3% and maize 31.2% - 18.3%.
