Effect of Different Iron Levels in Diet of JirongIRONGⅡ Rex Rabbit on Its Blood Enzyme Activity

摘  要:为了探索獭兔日粮中铁的适宜添加量,选用军需大学育种中心的50日龄吉戎Ⅱ系獭兔112只,将其随机分为7组,每处理3个重复,每个重复4只兔,试验期为60d。对照组采食基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上,分别添加30,60,90,120,150,200mg/kg FeSO4·H2O,进行饲养试验。在试验的第20,40,60d对獭兔进行心脏采血,对其血液酶活力进行分析。结果表明:过氧化氢酶(CAT)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)的活力随铁水平的增加而增强,与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05),但各试验组间差异不显著。在1—20d和40—60d以90mg/kg添加量CAT和SDH的活力最高,在20—40d以120mg/kg添加量CAT和SDH的活力最高。组织中铁的沉积量随铁添加量的升高而增多,各组间差异显著(P〈0.05)。The experiment was conducted to determine the appropriate amount of iron (Fe) in rex rabbit diet. A total of 112 JIRONG Ⅱ rex rabbits of 50 days from a primary breeding farm in the Quartermaster University of PLA were selected, and randomly divided into 7 groups, each group was further divided into 3 subgroups of 4. The whole experiment period was 60 days. The animal in control group was fed a basic diet without any Fe, and the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 30, 60, 90, 120, 150,200 mg/kg FeSO4· H2O, respectively. The rex rabbit blood samples were taken from heart at 20,40 and 60 days of the experiment period in order to analyze the activities of SDH and CAT. The resuits showed: There was significant difference in the activities of SDH and CAT between the control group and other groups(P 〈0.05). No difference was found among other groups. In the first 20 days and the third 20 days, the activities of SDH and CAT in the group with 90 mg/kg addition of Fe were slightly higher than those of any other group. However, during 20 - 40 days, the group with addition of 120 mg/kg was optimal. According to the content of iron in structure, them was significant difference among different groups( P 〈 0.05).
