摘 要:本文阐述了用超声波测气体流量原理及相应的校准方法,并研制了相应的微机化的智能仪。该仪器用声时,声衰减及数字处理技术联合去除绕管道传播及其它干扰的声波,并采用了一种高精度声时测量方法,以提高流量测量精度。该仪器可用于大中型管径中低频脉动气流及稳态气流的流量测量。In this paper an new instrument is introduced,which can be used measurethe gas flow by ulstrasonic. The principle of the instrument is based on calculating velocity ofthe flowing gas by measuring ultrasonic wave flying time of downstream and upstream in thegas. It presents the process in which the instrument is calibrated by ISO - 3966 method ofpiela-slalic lubes. The instrument connects with a computer and has a moveable time-counting gate in circuit. It make use of technology of digit deal and ultrasonic transit and attenuation to get rid of disturbance of noises. With a high accurate method of automatic transittime is less than Ins. It can automatically make up lost flow for computer printing charts anddiagrams by clock of computer compared with counter of the instrument. Experiments haveprove that it can not only measure flow of stable gas stream,but also middle or low frequencypulsating gas stream in the big pipe. The calibrated result with an inside diameter of 700mmand at the speed ranging from 3 to 13m/s and the tested result testing ground show that thenonlinearity error or the instrument is less than 1%.
