摘  要:新站油田大401区块投入开发后,通过取心观察、测井、无源微地震法监测结果和动态变化等综合分析证实,储层中发育天然裂缝。由于裂缝的存在,近几年出现注水后油井见水快、见水后含水上升快、产量下降快等矛盾。虽然通过采取定压注水、注水调整与整体调剖等一系列措施初步缓解了平面和层间矛盾,但从根本上仍未找到治理裂缝的好方法。在剖析油田存在矛盾的原因之后,对油田下步开发提出了几点建议,希望能对新站油田及类似油田的开发起到借鉴作用。Since Block Da-401 in Xinzhan Oilfield is put into production,with the help of comprehensive analysis of coring observation,logging,passive microseismic and dynamic variation,it is found natural fractures developed in the reservoir.Fractures have resulted in many conflicts,including early water breakthrough after water injection,water cut increasing fast after water breakthrough along with oil production declining quickly,etc.Although areal conflict and inter zone conflict have been preliminarily relieved using treatments,for instance,water injection under constant pressure,injection adjustment and overall profile modification etc.,but effective method to fundamentally control fractures has not been discovered.Based on analysis of conflict cause,this paper provides suggestions for further development of oilfield in the hope of directing Xinzhan Oilfield and similar Oilfield development.
