摘  要:快速分光光度计有很高的科研和实用价值。为了获得理想的测量精度,现行的快速分光光度计大都采用复杂的双通道结构。然而,本文作者从理论上导出并通过实际系统验证了一种所谓的“复合光补偿式”双通过快速分光光度计的软硬件模型。把该模型用于实际分光光度计中,既可保证测量精度,又能使仪器硬件大为简化。实验表明,简化分光光度计的测量精度达到了0.8%以上。Nowadays, with the development of color science and color technology,spectrophotometers are playing an important role not only in the laboratory works but also inmany practical applications. In order to obtain high precisions in the measurement,traditional spectrophotometers use a complicated dual-beam-channel,which usually consists of onesampling channel and a 'other reference channel.In this paper,we put forward a new model of softwear and hardwear,which uses a socalled 'composite light compens.atory mode)I.In our hardwear,we employ a new type of reference channel, which uses only a pointphoto-electronic sensor and reseives a beam of composite light from a W-lamp,while in theconventional system a line-sensor has to be used. Therefore,the construction of our referencechannel are greatly simplified.In our softwear,we development a practical calculation model,which mainly consists of anew interpolating function. This new calculation model can be easily realized through the programe of modern-micro computer.our experimental results show that,by use of this new model,a spectrophotometer willhave a much more simplified construction and reach a high measurement precision. The'rootmean square error' of spectral reflection measured by our system reaches 0. 008%.
