摘 要:相对分子质量为2 500×104以上的超高分子聚合物在大庆油田主力油层污水配制聚合物现场应用过程中,已经取得了明显的增油、降水效果,干粉年用量达到了2×104t以上。对超高分子聚合物理化性能的准确评价有利于对不同聚合物进一步优选并指导其注入参数的优化。生产应用表明,在室内检测过程中,按照中分子聚合物过滤因子的测定方法来评价超高分子聚合物过滤因子表现出了一定局限性。通过对原有方法的调整和改进,使检测结果能够体现不同超高分子聚合物的过滤因子差异,更易于对该类型产品进行质量监控。依据改进的检测方法编制的超高分子聚合物过滤因子检测标准已在油田各测试机构广泛使用。During the field application in Daqing major reservoir,high molecular weight polymer of over 2500×10~4 made up with sewage,has acquired apparent effect of oil production increase and water production decline with annual amount of dry chemical reaching 2×10~4 tons.Accurate evaluation on physicochemical property of high molecular weigh polymer is favorable for further optimization of different polymers and for guidance of injection parameters.In the process of laboratory testing,evaluation of filtering factor of ultra high molecular weight polymer has certain limitation according to test of filtering factor of molecular weight polymer.This paper has adjusted and improved initial test method,so new test result can display the difference of filtering factor for various ultra high molecular weight polymers,which is much easier to perform quality monitoring for this type of products.Test criteria formulated for filtering factor of ultra high molecular weight polymer has been widely applied in testing departments of oilfield.
