摘 要:为解决锌铝基耐蚀涂层在高速、强摩擦等特殊服役条件下的使用问题,将A l2O3纳米粒子添加到锌铝基耐蚀涂层中进行改性,以提高涂层的硬度和耐蚀性。研究了A l2O3纳米粒子及其添加量对涂层硬度、摩擦系数、附着强度、耐冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响,并对涂层的微观组织和成分进行了分析。结果表明,添加A l2O3纳米粒子可显著提高锌铝基耐蚀涂层的硬度和耐蚀性能,降低摩擦系数,且对涂层的附着强度和耐冲击性能无负面影响。A l2O3纳米粒子在涂层中的均匀分散是获得涂层优异综合性能的必要条件。Al_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles were used as a kind of reinforcing agent to increase the hardness and strength of zinc/aluminum based corrosion resistant coating subject to extremely high speed and severe friction working conditions,which was aiming at improving the performance of the coating at the above-mentioned harsh conditions.Thus the effects of the(Al_(2)O_(3)) nanoparticles,their dosage,in particular,on the hardness,friction coefficient,adhesion strength,impact strength,and corrosion resistance of the coating Zn-Al based corrosion resistant coating were investigated.The microstructure and composition of the coating was analyzed as well.The results showed that the(Al_(2)O_(3)) nanoparticles could markedly increase the hardness and corrosion resistance of the zinc/aluminum based corrosion resistant coating.At the same time,the addition of the(Al_(2)O_(3)) nanoparticles contributed to decrease the friction coefficient of the coating without sacrifice of the adhesion and impact strengths.Moreover,it could be worthwhile to point out that it was critical to keep uniform dispersion of the(Al_(2)O_(3)) nanoparticles in the coatings so as to ensure optimal comprehensive performance of the coating.
