摘 要:自制了独立的聚苯胺(PANI)粉末压片电极,并通过其与1Cr13不锈钢的耦合作用研究了PANI对1Cr13在1 mol/L和5 mol/L硫酸中的防腐蚀效应。结果表明,很小面积的PANI阴极即可以维持1Cr13不锈钢稳定钝化较长时间。PANI对1Cr13不锈钢具有的这种阳极保护作用(伽伐尼阳极保护)保护效率很高且有安全性,具有潜在应用前景。The powder of polyaniline(PANI) was pressed into slab-type electrode.The anticorrosion effect of the resulting PANI electrode for stainless steel 1Cr13 in H_(2)SO_(4)solutions of concentrations of 1 mol/L and 5 mol/L was investigated with respect to the coupling effect between the electrode and the stainless steel.Thus the galvanic interactions between the PANI electrode and the coupled stainless steel 1Cr13 were examined.It was found that the PANI electrode with a certain area was able to passivate the stainless steel at a large rate and effectively maintain the steady passivation state for an extended duration.Such a kind of anodic protection of the stainless steel by the PANI electrode was characterized by satisfactory safety and high efficiency and could by potentially applied in engineering to prevent the stainless steel from corrosion in acid solutions.
