摘  要:目的:探讨综合干预对学龄前儿童心理行为问题的转变,对家长老师知识、态度及行为的影响。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,将所研究的社区儿童分为较完整干预组(792人)和部分干预组(505人),同时180名家长老师也纳入干预计划。措施包括健康教育、心理咨询、心理健康处方、感统训练、培训保健医生、老师等。干预1年后用CBCL量表和自行设计的儿童心理行为KAP调查表测评。结果:干预后儿童行为各心理行为问题检出率有不同程度的明显下降。完全干预组与部分干预组的效果明显:无论是合格率还是优良率,干预后家长老师有关儿童心理行为的知识、态度及行为较干预前具有明显的改善。结论:综合干预能较好地降低学龄前儿童的心理行为问题,提高和改善老师处理儿童心理行为的能力。Objective: To investigate the effects of integrated intervention for behavioral problem of preschool children and the influence on knowledge, attitude and practice of teachers and parents towards behavioral problem. Methods: The children were assigned to control group (505) and intervention group (792) by cluster sampling, and the integrated interventions had been adopted for one year. The Achenbachg child behavior checklist (CBCL) and a self - designed questionnaire ( KAP), the efficacy was evaluated. Results: The rate of behavioral problem differed significantly before and after intervention. So were did the knowledge, attitude and practice of teachers and parents towards children behavioral problem. Conclusion: Integrated intervention on behavioral problem of preschool children had confirmative effects and could improve the ability of teachers and parents in dealing with behavioral problem of preschool children.
